I don't normally exercise app reviews, merely this one frustrated me. The app communications are disruptive. Beginning, after requesting to transfer ii tix to the person I bought them for, I got an e-mail maxim "[Firstname Lastname] hasn't accepted the ticket yous transferred..." But the name it listed was MY proper name, non the person to whom the transfer should go. The next day I got the same email twice simultaneously. I did buy two tix, and my friend had not yet accepted the transfer, just why two emails? Does my friend have to accept each ticket separately? When my friend did accept the transfer, I received an email proverb my friend had "claimed the 1 ticket you transferred for the following upshot..." Wait a minute, I transferred Ii tickets. Why does the email say "i ticket"? Have no fear, there's a link in the e-mail where I tin view the completed transfer. Ugh! After several tries, the link DOES NOT Piece of work. But wait, at that place's a telephone number in the e-mail you tin call for help. Tried information technology. On concord forever while I worked in the kitchen. I finally gave up on that.
